Whether you're visiting us for plants, gifts, homeware or a coffee with friends, our new rewards programme gives you more ways to earn, save and enjoy exclusive member benefits. Here's everything you need to know to get started. Updating the App If your Bosworth's Rewards app doesn't update automatically, don't worry! Simply visit your device's App Store or Google Play Store, search for Bosworth's Rewards, and tap Update. Once the app has updated, simply log in using your existing account details. There's no need to create a new account – all of your information, including your points balance, will be waiting for you. Before You Visit To ensure everything runs smoothly, please make sure your Bosworth's Rewards app is updated before you get to the tills and that you're logged into your account. Having the latest version of the app will ensure you can access your loyalty barcode, points balance and available vouchers without any delays. If you need any help updating the app or logging in, please don't hesitate to contact us through the app or speak to a member of our team at the Information Desk during your visit. A Quick Tour of the App Once you've logged in, you'll land on the Home page, where everything you need is just a tap away. 🌸 Your Tier & Flower Count Right at the top you'll see your current membership tier along with the number of Flowers you've collected towards your next tier. Flowers are earned throughout the year by shopping with us and are what determine your membership level. 🎁 Your Vouchers & Personalised Rewards Next you'll find your available vouchers. This is also where you'll unlock and choose your personalised rewards as you progress through the tiers. Once you've selected a reward, it will remain active until our annual January reset, when you'll have the opportunity to either: Keep the same reward Choose something different for the next membership year ☕ Coffee Club Love visiting our café? Every qualifying hot drink earns you a coffee stamp. Collect 8 stamps and you'll receive a voucher for a free regular hot drink. 📅 What's On Stay up to date with everything happening at Bosworth's. Here you'll find: Your loyalty barcode Your account number Your current points balance Your points redemption value When you're at the till, simply have this screen open and ready for our team to s`can. 🎁 Vouchers A dedicated page showing all of your current vouchers in one place. 🧾 Purchases A complete history of your Bosworth's purchases. Earn Points Every Time You Shop Every eligible purchase helps you build your rewards. Earn 2 points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases. Redeem your points whenever you like in 50p increments. Your points remain valid for three years, giving you plenty of time to save them for something special. Collect Flowers & Unlock New Tiers Alongside points, you'll also collect Flowers. Flowers are earned through qualifying purchases: 🌿 Garden CentreEarn 1 Flower for every £25 spent (up to 3 Flowers per day). ☕ CaféEarn 1 Flower for every £10 spent (up to 1 Flower per day). You can collect up to 12 Flowers each month, helping you progress through the membership tiers and unlock even more exclusive benefits. What Happens in January? Every January we'll review your activity from the previous 12 months. Your membership tier will then be adjusted based on your Flowers earned throughout the year. Don't worry... ✅ Your points balance is not affected. Your points remain on your account exactly as before. Your unlockable rewards will simply reset, giving you the opportunity to choose the same rewards again or select different ones for the next membership year. Existing Members Already a Bosworth's Rewards member? We've made the transition as seamless as possible. When the new programme launches, your starting tier will be based on your activity over the previous 12 months, so you won't be starting from scratch. From there, you'll continue collecting Flowers and progressing through the tiers as you shop. Frequently Asked Question: How Do I Change My Birthday? One of the questions we've been asked the most is how to update your date of birth. If your birthday is already showing on your account but needs changing, simply visit My Account within the app and tap Contact Us beneath the date of birth section. Send us a message with your correct date of birth, and one of our team will update it for you.
