At Bosworth's Garden Centre, we offer a range of flexible and reliable delivery options to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. We work with trusted delivery partners including DHL, Royal Mail, and our own Bosworth's Delivery Service, allowing us to cater for both local and nationwide orders.

Click & Collect

All items on our website are available for Click and Collect from our Burton Latimer or Elton Garden Centre locations. Orders are usually available same day or next day, depending on the time your order is placed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Across the UK

We deliver to addresses across the UK, using a mix of courier and local delivery services. If you have a specific delivery requirement or are unsure whether your item can be shipped to your location, please get in touch — we’ll be happy to provide a bespoke delivery quote tailored to your needs.

Delivery Charges & Estimations

To help you estimate delivery costs:
Simply enter your postcode on the product page to view a shipping estimate.
The final delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on the items in your basket and the most appropriate delivery method.

Delivery Methods

Depending on the size, type, and location of your order, delivery will be made via:


Royal Mail – Suitable for smaller, lightweight items.


DHL – Ideal for standard parcels delivered nationwide.

Bosworths Own Delivery Service – Used for local deliveries, fragile items, or where special handling is required.

All courier deliveries will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery service used and are clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Please note:
External couriers (DHL, Royal Mail) operate Monday to Friday only, and do not deliver on UK Public Holidays.


Bosworths Own Delivery Service may offer more flexibility for local deliveries and date-specific requirements.

Local Delivery & Restricted Items

Due to size, weight, or fragility, some products are only available for local delivery or click & collect. These include, but are not limited to:


Live plants


Compost and growing media


Ceramic and delicate pots

These restrictions help ensure your items arrive in perfect condition and will be clearly noted on the relevant product pages.

Bladed & Age-Restricted Items

Products such as bladed tools (e.g. knives, secateurs, shears) are only available via Bosworths Own Delivery Service. In compliance with UK law:


A person aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery.

Order Checks & Reporting Issues

On receipt of your order, please check all items carefully.
