Cook Frozen Chicken Jalfrezi

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Onions (30%), Chicken (30%), Chopped Tomatoes (11%) (Tomato Juice), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Red Peppers (3%), Green Peppers (3%), Garlic (2%), Natural Yoghurt (2%) [Milk], Sugar, Salt, Madras Powder (Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel, Mustard, Chilli), Cornflour, Ground Coriander, Ground Turmeric, Ground Garam Masala (Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom), Paprika, Ground Cumin, Lemon Juice, Ground Cassia, Chilli Powder, Curry Leaves, Ginger Puree, Ground Green Cardamom, Ground Bay Leaf. Made in our kitchen in Kent, using ingredients of varied origin.
