An indulgent macaroni cheese with vintage West Country Cheddar and smoked bacon, topped with a crispy garlic and parsley crumb.

Simple Supper: It's a meal in it's own right and can happily be enjoyed on it's own.
Something Fancy: Grill a couple of slices of Prosciutto for a couple of minutes and serve on top with a small handful of pea shoots and chopped parsley.
Mixing it up: Delicious with a side of petit pois.

Ingredients
