Oven roasted peppers with cauliflower and spinach in a gently spiced chickpea and lentil sauce.

Similar to a daal as the base is predominantly red lentils.
We cook the onions and then add the spices with the chopped tomatoes for about 45 minutes to let the flavours come out.
Tomato puree and cinnamon spice stock are mixed, before adding some red lentils which we cook until they are just al dente.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Onions, Water, Chickpeas (12%), Cauliflower (11%), Chopped Tomatoes (Tomato Juice), Red Peppers (9%), Red Lentils (6%), Tomato Puree, Rapeseed Oil, Spinach (3%), Garlic, Coriander, Salt, Ginger Puree, Sugar, Madras Powder (Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Garlic, Salt, Fennel, Mustard, Chilli), Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Ground Turmeric, Ground Cassia, Ground Garam Masala (Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom), Ground Bay Leaves, Chilli Powder. Made in our kitchen in Kent, using ingredients of varied origin.
