Description

Naturally smoked haddock, bacon, broccoli and sweetcorn in a creamy fish sauce topped with sweet potatoes.

The sauce in our award-winning frozen Smoked Haddock & Bacon Gratin is made from poaching stock, double cream and a squeeze of lemon juice.

We only use 100% sustainable fish that is prepared to our exact specifications and delivered daily to our kitchens.

A go-to supper for one of our chefs, Jamie: “All the flavours just work perfectly together: the saltiness of the fish, the sweetness of the potato and the background heat from the chilli.”

Ingredients

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Delivery

Delivery is from £6.50 and is calculated at the checkout screen when you enter your postcode. We use a range of carriers or our own vehicles depending on your location and products ordered and is between 3 and 5 days.
