Our All Purpose Pack with therapeutic gel beads is your friend for those times when you just hurt all over. Whether you have minor pain in your shoulder, cramping around the belly or a twinge making itself known in your back, this pack can be applied wherever you need to soothe aching muscles. Slip your hand through the elastic strap and apply where necessary to feel its therapeutic properties come to life. Ideal as either a hot or cold compress, the pack is fragranced with the relaxing aromas of lavender, sweet orange and geranium for the ultimate revitalising experience.

Instructions for Cold Use

1. Place product in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least two hours or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved.
2. Apply to desired area using the fabric side against the skin.
3. Use for up to 20 minutes at a time.

Instructions for Hot Use

1. Ensure the microwave turntable is clean and can rotate freely.
2. Place gel pack onto a plate and place inside the microwave ensuring beads are distributed evenly.
3. Heat in microwave for a maximum of 15 seconds for 500-700 microwaves and a maximum of 10 seconds for 800 - 1000 microwaves.
4. Apply to desired area ensuring the fabric side is against the skin.
5. Apply for up to 20 mins at a time.

Delivery is from £6.50 and is calculated at the checkout screen when you enter your postcode. We use a range of carriers or our own vehicles depending on your location and products ordered and is between 3 and 5 days.
