Description

Stock Dwarf Ten Week Mixed delivers an enchanting array of bright, sweetly scented blooms that are perfect for adding fragrance and colour to your garden. This compact variety boasts an abundance of double flowers in a mix of vibrant colours, creating a striking display wherever they are planted.

Ideal for tubs, containers, and small spaces, Stock Dwarf Ten Week Mixed thrives in sunny spots and is a fantastic option for gardeners looking to brighten up patios, balconies, or borders. Its compact, bushy growth habit ensures a neat and tidy appearance while still producing a beautiful show of flowers.

Known for its fragrant blooms, this variety is perfect for attracting pollinators like bees and butterflies. The long-lasting flowers are also great for cutting, making them a popular choice for fresh indoor arrangements. Whether you're looking to enhance your garden with fragrance or create a colourful focal point, Stock Dwarf Ten Week Mixed from Fothergill's is a wonderful choice that guarantees beauty and scent throughout the season.

Sow indoors for surest results, February-April, 0.5cm (¼") deep, in trays of compost. Water well and place in a warm position. A temperature of 15-20°C (60-68°F) is ideal. Keep moist. Seedlings usually appear in 14-21 days. Transplant them, 5cm (2") apart, to other trays when large enough to handle. Grow on in cooler, but not cold conditions. Gradually accustom young plants to outside conditions (avoid frosts), before planting out into well-drained soil, May-June, 20cm (8") apart, when frosts are over. Or, sow outdoors for ease, April-May, where they are to flower, 0.5cm (¼") deep, directly into finely-prepared, well-drained soil, which has already been watered. Thin seedlings as required. Water well until plants are established. For a longer display, make further sowings. Flowers: June to September.
