Reservation Terms and Conditions for Mulberry and Aspen Cafe

Reservation Policy:
Reservations can be made in advance through our website (www.bosworthsgc.co.uk), by phone (Mulberry - 01832 343104 or Aspen – 01536 722635), or in person at the cafe.
For large groups we recommend making reservations well in advance to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. You can also manage your own booking by clicking the link in your booking confirmation email. Please contact us preferably by phone, or email if you need to cancel your booking. Please DO NOT use our social channels to cancel a booking.
Failure to cancel within the specified 24 hour period will result in loss of your deposit, for bookings that require a deposit, such as Afternoon Tea.

Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your reservation. If you are running late, we appreciate a courtesy call to inform us of the delay.

Table Holding Time:
We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. If you have not arrived or contacted us, we reserve the right to release the table.

Special Requests:
If you have any special requests or dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Deposits:
For certain reservations, such as Afternoon Tea, or Special Events such as Mother’s Day or Christmas a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. Each event will show the required deposit in the booking flow.

Changes to Reservation Terms and Conditions:
Mulberry and Aspen Cafe reserves the right to make changes to the booking terms and policies. Any updates will be communicated to customers in a timely manner via our website
