TICKET PURCHASES

Tickets are available to purchase through the www.bosworthsgc.co.uk website, via

telephone or in-store.

You agree that tickets purchased are for your own personal use and you must not sell or

attempt to sell to another party.

Certain events are subject to a booking fee.

Tickets are non-refundable – see CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, OR CHANGE OF EVENT –

See Refunds

Ticket purchases are only deemed complete once full payment has been received, in-store or

online. Tickets must be purchased prior to the event. There are no ticket sales at the event.

Payments in-store can be made via credit or debit cards and cash. Payments online can be

made by credit or debit card

TICKET DELIVERY

Where tickets are purchased online, your booking confirmation will be delivered via email to

the address you provided during the order process. If you are purchasing in-store you will

be provided with your booking confirmation at time of booking. Your booking confirmation

also acts as your ticket. Where a coach trip has been booked to an event, the actual entry

ticket will be distributed on the coach prior to departure. Always check your booking

confirmation on receipt and notify us immediately of any errors.

ATTENDING AN EVENT

Please ensure you arrive promptly for the event you have booked. In the case of coach

travel the departure time means the time the coach will leave. For events whereby, you

have booked within a time slot we recommend you arrive for the start of that particular

time slot.

NO REFUNDS will be issued because you have arrived late for an event.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to an event or eject you in certain circumstances

and these are likely to include if you are involved with abusive, threatening, drunken or

other anti-social behaviour, or carry offensive weapons or illegal or prohibited substances

You are asked to follow health and safety requirements in place at an event, or instructions

provided by the event organisers at external events or by Bosworth’s staff at events hosted

within our garden centres.

Additional terms and conditions may come into force to cover events hosted outside of

Bosworth’s Garden Centre, such as events and shows, and it is deemed that by booking this

event you are agreeing to be bound by these additional terms and conditions as set out by

the event or its promotor.

COVID SAFETY

All restrictions have now been lifted and our events will all be running as normal.  Should this change we will notify you via our social media and email as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT OR CHANGE OF EVENT

All coach trips require a minimum amount of people to make the trip viable. If we are

unable to reach the minimum amount of required people, we reserve the right to cancel the

trip and will provide you with a full refund.

If any of our events are unable to proceed we will

a) in the event of a coach trip, refund you in full

b) if the event is a Christmas event, offer the option to change, where possible to

another date or time, or offer you a full refund.

REFUNDS

If you are entitled to a refund, this will be for the face value of the ticket. We accept no

liability to refund you any associated travel costs, accommodation costs or any other related

goods or services and claims for compensation due to a cancelled, changed or postponed

event.

Refunds are made back to the original payment. IE: Cash payments will be refunded in

cash, card payments refunded back to the card.

Refunds will not be issued if you fail to comply with individual event terms and conditions

GDPR

Information you provide during the purchase and attending of events is used solely to

provide you with tickets and access to the events. For coach trips, your name and contact

information is shared with our coach company for the purposes of providing a coach

manifest. Details you enter onto our booking system are used for providing events and

associated information. Our booking system is managed by Garden Connect.

Your information, other than outlined above, will not be shared with any other 3rd parties or

used for purposes other than to administer information and provide services indicated on

the event you are booking. Please note that if you provide information to any 3rd party at an

event then this will be covered by separate agreements between you and the third party

LATE RUNNING OF EVENTS

Our Christmas events are timed to allow a sufficient amount of time within your booked

slot timing runs late. Should this happen we shall run in the chronological order of bookings

and time slots, and aim to keep any delay to an absolute minimum.
